Almost every 7-Eleven has an ATM conveniently placed, making it easy to access cash when needed. These stores are open 24 hours a day, making them a go-to for many travelers seeking a late-night snack or a quick meal at any time.

Your trip to 7-Eleven won’t be complete without trying their toasted sandwiches. There’s a variety to choose from, but our favorite is the cheese and ham sandwich. Fun fact: this sandwich is so popular that 7-Eleven supplies it seven times more than any other, and it often flies off the shelves. There have been times when we’ve had to visit multiple 7-Elevens just to find one! If you’re on a very central street, finding it might be a challenge. Even as I write this, I’m starting to crave it.
Make sure you ask at the register to have it toasted for you. We love eating it at the beach while listening to the crashing waves or watching the sunset. The cost of the cheese and ham sandwich ranges between 27-33 baht. We’ve noticed that the price varies depending on how close the island is to the mainland.

The 7-Eleven cheese and ham sandwich, Mickey Mouse-style, is perfect for kids, but it was so adorable that I had to give it a try myself. The sandwich had a slightly sweeter taste compared to the regular cheese and ham variety, adding a fun twist to this classic snack.
A 7-Eleven Pizza Discovery
One of our favorite finds from 7-Eleven is their pizza. They offer four varieties: seafood, pineapple and cheese, bacon with green and red peppers, and ham and cheese. All are delightful, but we have a special fondness for the seafood pizza. We discovered these pizzas at a 7-Eleven in Pattaya.
Unfortunately, not every 7-Eleven location carries these pizzas, which is a bit of a disappointment. However, for those that do, the pizzas are baked in special ovens, ensuring they come out perfectly cooked every time. If you spot them, be sure to give them a try!
Onigiri: Our New Favorite
We quickly fell in love with onigiri—rice triangles and cylindrical versions filled with salmon or tuna. They became our next favorite item! Opening them requires a bit of skill; we had a hard time at first, but with practice, we became pros.
Onigiri comes in four different cylindrical versions, and the picture below showcases our three favorites. They taste as though they were just prepared by the best Japanese and Korean chefs—who knows, maybe they are! These delightful rice snacks are truly a treat for the taste buds.
Another favorite item is the boiled egg. It’s a great source of protein to start your day. They come in different styles—some hard-boiled, some medium, and others soft-boiled. We especially enjoyed the hard-boiled ones for their satisfying texture and taste.
One quirky sight we’ve noticed is the dogs sleeping in front of 7-Eleven stores. It’s quite common and adds a unique charm to our visits. These furry friends seem to love the cool shade and friendly atmosphere just as much as we do
One interesting fact is that the bananas at 7-Eleven are better than the ones we’ve tried at street markets. It might sound weird, but it’s true—we love the 7-Eleven bananas!

In Bangkok, we stumbled upon a 7-Eleven vending machine, and it was an epic find! Among the treasures inside, we were thrilled to grab some Bulgarian yogurt—always a great probiotic choice. It’s amazing how convenient and innovative street vending can be, offering such unique and essential products on the go!

While in Thailand, trust me—you’ll need good hair products to keep your hair moisturized, especially if you have long hair. We both have long hair, and maintaining moisture is crucial since the salty sea water can dry it out quickly. Here are some of the products from 7-Eleven that we found really helped keep our hair healthy and hydrated. The oil in the top left corner made a huge difference in protecting our hair from the sun. We absolutely love this product!

Let’s not forget about our oral care routine. Before we left the USA for this long trip around the world, we packed a ton of toothpaste and oral care products. However, we found even better options at 7-Eleven. The traditional tooth powder and polishing paste were standout finds. While the smell might not be my favorite, the effectiveness of these products is amazing. They’ve definitely become essential to our daily routine!
